Just to get things rolling, I will briefly summarize what we´ve done in spain so far.
We spent monday and tuesday in the school, mostly adjusting to the time difference. Wednesday, we went on a walking excursion part way up a mountain, then stopped at a grill/picnic area, where we cooked, played soccer and relaxed. Yesterday, thursday, we went into Barcelona, to a place called Poble Espanyol. If anyone has ever been to plymouth plantation, Poble Espanyol is basically the same, but cooler and they speak spanish. It´s a town, built in the different architectural styles of the different regions of spain, like Catalunia, Pais Vasco and Murcia. After that, we walked through the city a little ways to a ¨Centro Commercial¨ where we spent money on stuff. The place was very tall, and there was a great view of the city from the roof. Today, friday, we were back in school. We attended a few classes with our spanish students, then watched a movie (Spanish with english subtitles).
Over the weekend, other students should comment their takes on our week here, and post about any adventures they have over the weekend.

Asta Luego!

P.S. I appologize if there are any misspellings here; the spell check is spanish and the keyboard is different from ours.
